One of them, is the advertising-marketing industry, which twisting right now, by giant telecom & long distance corporations which stop inflating monthly bills of them customers, because upfront expensive advertising, and inefficient workforce employed, and turn to them own customers to get more clients...

This is very new (started in 2001...) and many do not know yet...

So, more PT JOBS - residual income are available for those, who never thought is possible for them (as retired people)

The good news about, MORE FT JOBS, is from other imminent reality. The famous baby boomers born in 1946-1964, turn now 60-65 every day. Is just happening... at every 8 sec. an American retire and release a "well paid" W2 job + benefits.

So 76 mil in America from 300 alltogether, it's 1/4 of America's population - 1/6 global) will release millions of jobs..

And even ... more jobs will be created for these 76 millions (1 bil in the world), in industries as: medical, social assistance, pharmaceutical, cosmetics, healthy food-drinks, etc

Same case in Europe, China or Japan - wherever the WWI killed millions of soldiers and innocent population.

So our goals will be accomplished very soon. Because millions of jobs will be available, even more will be created, and we expect that from our job seekers workforce of today, will raise thousands of "independent recruiters' whiich will figure out alone how to math jobbers with comapnies requests, by exercising from now, them skills and abilities around Privilege America.

The process already started. Already I meet in So. California struggled salesmen, as marketers which looks only for regular W2 jobs with benefits... without realizing that we are not in the good years, but in full recession of 2009.

Also I meet calm W2 jobbers with 2nd flexible part-time commissioned based, which releasing them job, employer and benefits, because they make more on the side...

Our intention is too bring these two groups of marketers together, which represents the old school of XX, and innovatory solution finders of XXI .

Just use this site, as a daily tool to find a job, as to make money by referral commissions.

Keep a courteous attitude and elevate talking & speech, because you don't know who may be the hiring manger or decision maker and when really examinate your habits, attitude and character.

As US giant companies started to pay them own customers to get more clients, we follow the new advertising-marketing trend, to pay referral commissions to our job seekers, to bring us income (and do not hire W2 employees - you got the idea we hope).

Try to talk directly with decision makers, or better try to build relationship with insiders, asking gently tips or even better establish physical contact.
